Nuts to me! Carbs, calories and fibre.

Anyone finding it harder to not snack constantly while you are at home?  And noticing a creeping weight increase? Willpower does not work for me. Nuts are my relatively low carb source of healthy fats and fibre. But I need a plan for controlling my frequent visits to the fridge for "just another few nuts”. 

Thirty grams each of pecans, almonds and walnuts plus 6 macadamia nuts adds up to 7 of my 21 net carbs and roughly 46% of my net calories for the day, to be enjoyed during the 6 - 8 feasting hours of my day. 

Going to see if I can control this for a complete week. Positive mindset helps so I intend to report success next Sunday.
